The Wine Industry Development Association (WIDA) was established on 29 November 2006 and was one of the four business units of the South African Wine Industry Council. Our goal is to promote transformation through economic empowerment, human resource development and training, sound industrial relations and social development.

Selfhelp Manenberg

Selfhelp Manenberg is an independent Non-Profit Organization. We have been working in Manenberg since 1992. From a small beginning with part-time voluntary staff we have grown to an organization with 21 staff members. We are proud of the fact that 18 of our staff are local residents. It is our policy to train and promote internally so that residents will progressively take over management of our work.

Good Old Printing

At Good Old Printing we specialize in high-end 4 colour litho printing, single colour perfecting printing and die-cutting; perfect for the manufacturing of pressure-sensitive rolls, labels, package inserts and folding cartons required for our clients in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Our pre-press operation is managed in-house by our network of skilled staff enabling us to maintain higher quality control of all repro work and ensure timely deliveries to all our clients.

Filmstock South Africa

Filmstock South Africa was established in February 2002. We re-introduced Fuji motion picture negative film in South Africa with its launch of Fuji film in October in 2003. Its principle and only business is specialising in Fuji motion picture negative film for commercials and feature films. Taking Fuji motion picture to new levels, we reached 17% market share in 2003 compared to its competitor, Kodak. We are not only ensuring its reliability and availability within South Africa, but also exports to Kenya, Nigeria, and Namibia.
