From a small beginning with part-time voluntary staff we have grown to an organization with 21 staff members. We are proud of the fact that 18 of our staff are local residents. It is our policy to train and promote internally so that residents will progressively take over management of our work.

Its principle and only business is specialising in Fuji motion picture negative film for commercials and feature films. Taking Fuji motion picture to new levels, we reached 17% market share in 2003 compared to its competitor, Kodak. We are not only ensuring its reliability and availability within South Africa, but also exports to Kenya, Nigeria, and Namibia.
